Spoken word poet Remi Kanazi will perform at Coffee Revolution at Sheffield University Students’ Union on 4th December as part of the Flash! series of events.
Remi will perform his newest poetry and discuss the Palestinian campaign for boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel in depth. Starting at 7.30pm, this free event will also feature a performance by Ahmed Dwiddar, an oud player based in Sheffield.
Remi Kanazi is a poet and activist based in New York. He is the editor of Poets For Palestine and the author of Poetic Injustice: Writings on Resistance and Palestine.
